SHEHATA, Nabih G. On May 16, 2017. Of Folsom, NJ formerly of Delanco, NJ. Age 70. Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Ciavarella). Devoted father of Jennifer Shehata and Deanna St. John (Perry). Loving grandfather of Hailey, Anthony and Rocco. Dear brother of Nadia Rizkallah, Madlen Habashi (Baligh), Salwa Farag (Safwat), Adel Shehata (Manal) and the late Farouke Shehata (survived by Leila). Nabih will also be missed by many loving nieces, nephews, family, friends and co-workers. Nabih defined what it meant to live the American dream. He emigrated from Egypt in 1974 and began his new life. He learned to speak English and worked hard every day as a jockey. He was a man of many trades. He worked his way up as a laborer and became the VP of Labors Local 172, Executive Board Member and NJ Delegate Heavy Construction District Council. He enjoyed gardening, wine making, cooking, his dogs, but most of all cherished the time spent with family; especially his three beautiful grandchildren. He was always willing to help someone in need and had the biggest heart god has ever made. He will surely be missed. His love and legacy will forever live on. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday May 21st from 1-4 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. At his request his mass will be private. Entombment will be 1 PM Monday May 22nd at the Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton, NJ.
