Anne Sutocky

Anne Louise Sutocky, 88, of Ventnor, passed away on March 25, 2013 at Royal Suites Healthcare with her great nephew Dominic Francesco by her side. Anne was the daughter of the late Alex and Theresa Sutocky who came over from Budapest, Hungary. She is predeceased by her sisters Ethel and Rosemarie and brothers John and Lou Leopold. Anne, who was born in Michigan, was a retired Secretary from the Federal Aviation Administration after 33 years of service. She worked in Washington, DC before settling at the Pomona location also known as NAFEC. Anyone who knew Anne knew she was a huge cat lover and had many cat figurines in her house along with many other cat-type items. She also enjoyed working with her flowers outside in her flower beds and kept busy making crafts for the various holiday seasons. During the weekends you could find Anne enjoying her favorite sport, golf, on TV. She also had a very extensive collection of the TV Show M.A.S.H that she was very proud of. Anne is survived by her sister-in-law Florence Sutocky; nieces JoAnn Williams and Debbie Mangini with spouse, and sons Danny and Joe; nephews Michael Sutocky, and daughters Roxanne, Jessica, and Marianne; Alexander Sutocky with spouse and children Jonathan, David, and Camille; Bill Sutocky with spouse and daughter Megan. Anne was a great aunt to Tracey Cooke and spouse and daughter Heather, Sean Williams with spouse and son Sean, Jr. and Hank; Dominic Francesco with spouse and sons, Nicholas, Andrew, Jonathan, and Dominic, Jr.; Anthony Francesco and partner; Sherry Mangini and son Jordan. Not to mention all the little ones in the family who will help keep Anne’s family traditions going for generations to come. A viewing will be held on Thursday, 10-11 AM at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where services will be held at 11 AM. Burial will be in Atlantic City Cemetery in Pleasantville.
