Anthony Ranaudo Obituary

Ranaudo, Anthony, "Butch", 90 ,of Mays Landing, passed away on February 13, 2009. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, he moved to Mays Landing eight years ago. He owned a butcher store in the Bronx for over 30 years. Anthony served in the Army during WWII. He landed on Utah Beach on D-Day with Army Company "C", 8th Infantry, 4th Division, and was a Combat Wounded Purple Heart Recipient and also received a Bronze Star. He was a member of the VFW. Anthony was preceded in death by his wife Margaret; he is survived by his daughters Christina Colletti, Joanne Miller, and Madalena Finnegan; grandchildren: Liesa, Paul and his fiancé Audrey, Kristin, Robby, Brian, Jessica, Samantha, and Jeremy; and 10 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Monday 7-9 PM, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing. Commital services will be held on Tuesday, 11 AM, at the Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing.
