Doris Caserta

Doris A. Caserta, 79, of Mays Landing, left this life on April 25, 2012 to spend eternity with her husband and children in heaven. Born in Sherburne, NY and later raised in Guilford, NY, she was one of eleven children. Doris has been a resident of the Oakes of Weymouth since 1994. She is predeceased by her husband of 52 years Robert, her sons Robert, Jr. and Stephen, and daughter Joanne Caserta. Doris is survived by her daughter Cathy (Michael) Allen of CT and Barbara Caserta; grandson Christopher (Maria) Bilz; great-grandson Anthony Bilz and granddaughter Therese Bilz all of New York; two brothers: Donald (Mary) Chesebro of FL and Gordon (Debra) Weeden of TN; and two sisters: Barbara (Richard) Elliott of Syracuse and Sandra (Kay Don) Weeden of AZ. Doris was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be surely missed by all. Our family would like to extend our warmest thanks to Holy Redeemer Hospice Care for their professionalism and dedication. You were always there when we needed you most. This was greatly appreciated. Burial services will be private.
