Browne, Elizabeth Marie, 79, of Mays Landing passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2007 at home. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Mrs. Browne moved to the Oakes of Weymouth in 2002. She was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Church in Mays Landing. Elizabeth was predeceased by her son James Browne; and her brothers: James Ross, Richard Ross, Raymond Ross and Norman Moll. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joseph Browne; her children: Elizabeth Mallon, Teresa Widhson, Joseph Browne, Jr.; her 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and her beloved dog, Sammy. Services will be held on Wednesday, 1:00p.m. at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where friends may call from 12noon til the time of the service.
