Elizabeth F. Ramos (Nee Willets) age 68, passed away on Thursday March 22, 2007 peacefully at home while surrounded by her loved ones after a long courageous battle with cancer. She will be remembered by all for her generosity and kindness. She was born in Atlantic City, but resided in Egg Harbor, NJ. She worked a long and fulfilling career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Our Ladies Residence. She enjoyed traveling to Florida and spending time with her family. She found peace and tranquility at the Jersey Shore. Her greatest achievement in life was her children. Precious memories will remain in our hearts forever. She was predeceased by her parents Almet and Elsie Willets. She is survived by her sisters Louise Thomas, Emma Solitare and Helena Perri (Mario) and also her long time friend Joan Sharp, and her children, Buddy Eckman, Kathleen Jones, David Smith (Peggy), Maurice Smith (Kari) and her grandchildren Jewel and Jason Milewski, Steven and Brynn Eckman Shaw, Joseph (Cathy), Holly Ernst, David, Jessica and Christian Smith, Kirsten, Rylie and Gunnar Smith and one great-grandson Michael Joseph Ernst and all of her nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Monday, 11 AM, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing where a viewing will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service.
