Frances P. Gifford (Coffman) age 67, of Weekstown, NJ passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017, at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division surrounded by her family. Fran was born in Mt Vernon, NY on June 11, 1950, to the late Myrtle Coffman and the late George Coffman Sr. Fran has three brothers, the late Glen Gouldsberry, George Coffman Jr.(Amy)of Hudson FL and Charles Coffman (the late Gail) of Bayville, NJ. She moved to Weekstown over 40 years ago. She enjoyed cooking and working in the restaurant industry for many years, spending much of that time at Sweetwater Casino. Fran was always willing to help a friend anyway she could, whether it was just listening or opening the door to her home. She leaves behind a large loving family. She is survived by her devoted children Richard Coffman Sr. (Valerie) of Mays Landing NJ , John Gifford Jr of Bayonne NJ, Ross Gifford of Atlantic City NJ, Dori Dello Russo (Lou) of Valrico, FL , and Kimberly Clements (the late Erick) of Weekstown NJ . She is also survived by her grandchildren Areina, Arron, Michael, Dylan, Richard Jr., John III, Matthew, Courvosieur (Sunshyne), Beautifull ( Beau), Bryce, Nicholas and Christopher, great-grandchildren Antonio and Jonathan, numerous nieces and nephews, as well her immense extended family. A private gathering will be held at a future date for Fran's family to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Fran's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital of Memphis, TN.
