Frank Prince

Frank H. Prince, Sr., 93, of Dorothy, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in New Gretna, he has lived in Dorothy for over 40 years. Frank retired from Burcham Trucking as a Diesel Mechanic in 1979. His passion was going shopping for bargains and sharing with family and friends. Frank also enjoyed going to the park to read the paper and admire the beauty of nature. Preceded in death by his son Frank Jr. and his son-in-law William Panchesine Jr., he will be greatly missed by his wife of 53 years, Joan E. (nee: Burt), his children; David W. Burt (Terry), Dottie Panchesine, James Prince Sr. (Michelle), 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th, from 11am-1pm, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where services will be held at 1pm. Burial will be at the Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery of Dorothy. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to “Joan Prince” to assist in funeral expenses.
