Horace Hugo Maycott entered eternal life on August 11, 2011 to be reunited with the love of his life, Adie. Beloved son of Addin Maycott and Catherine Shoenfeld, born January 3, 1924 in Camden, New Jersey. Honorable husband of Adeline (Welcomer) who together faithfully raised daughters Constance, Renee, and Kimberly. Respected father-in-law of Robert Yood; William Magee; and Daniel Gautieri. Adoring and proud grandfather of Amy (Derek Haye), Wendy (Charles Haney), Peter Yood; Rebecca (Brent Dodulik),Timothy Magee; Kyle, Alyssa, and Bridget Gautieri. Loving great-grandfather of Justin, Katelin and Lauren Haye; Adam, Brandon and Leah Haney; Thane Dodulik. Faithful child of God and servant to the Lutheran Church all of his life. Loving relative to all families and caring friend to so many. Bud was a proud “American” of English and German heritage and “Vet” of W.W.II, Sgt. U.S. Army. He was an HVAC designer for Pennell & Wiltberger for many years. He was so proud of his yard, his home, his handmade porch, but mostly his family. A private interment will be held on August 26 at the Brigadier Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. Contributions in “Bud’s” name can be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 318 Chester Avenue, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057.
