James G. Morris (Sonny), 77, of Mays Landing, passed on February 16th, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Belcoville, NJ and served in Anchorage, Alaska in the Army before working for Callahan Trucking and the State of New Jersey. He is pre-deceased by his parents, Henry and Alice Morris. He is survived by his wife Dorothy, daughters Brenda Sneed (Cal) and Terri Jenigen (Eddie), sons Brian (Sandy), Jim (Patti), and Mike Morris, 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Beloved brother of Dave and Robert Morris, Eileen Ripley and Marge Horton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, February 19th from 5-7pm at The Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St, Mays Landing. Burial of cremains are private at the request of the family.
