James Joseph Rankin, affectionately known as “Jay”, born to James and Beverly Rankin in Philadelphia, Pa on January 20, 1974 passed away on September 29th 2016. He was the youngest of two children, grew up in Mizpah, NJ and graduated from Oakcrest H.S. James was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and attended the Egg Harbor Congregation. He was employed by Foggs Carpet Cleaning Services. James enjoyed drawing all sorts of people and things. He was a loving son. Predeceased by his father James Rankin and grandmother Ann Braxton. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Beverly Peterson, one brother David Jiggetts (Lawanda), six uncles, two nephews and a host of cousins. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 3pm at Egg Harbor City Kingdom Hall, 474 White Horse Pike (Rt. 30), Egg Harbor City, NJ.
