Jason Guerrera Mays Landing, New Jersey Obituary

Jason Guerrera

Jason J. Guerrera, 43 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Jason was born in Atlantic City, and grew up in Galloway Township, N.J. His competitive, passionate nature, mixed with his talents, allowed him to excel in sports and make many lifelong friends. He married and moved to Cumberland County where he and his wife Kristy owned and operated Airborne Gymnastics. Later he opened The Shark Tank where he and his staff instructed children and adults in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He achieved many things in life but he would tell you his greatest accomplishment was his two sons, Jason and Jadon Guerrera. Jason’s smile, quick wit, loyalty, and love for his family will leave a void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind his mother, Cynthia Forman of Mays Landing, his father Arthur V. Guerrera of Florida, his sons, Jason and Jadon, their loving mother Kristy (Tamburro) Guerrera, his sister, Lisa Jiampetti and Brother-in-Law Michael Jiampetti, his Uncle Anthony Guerrera, Aunt Carol DeRosa, Uncle Michael (Joyce) Minovich, nephews, Ryan Brodton, Michael and Matthew Jiampetti and great-nephew, Ryder Brodton, many cousins and friends that he considered family. Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate Jason’s life on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, N.J. 08330 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm, where reflections will be shared at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Atlantic County, 1401 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, N.J. 08401.
