Jo'Ann Faust

Conway, Jo'Ann, "Jo", (nee: Darmstadt), 59, of Mays Landing, passed away on June 15, 2008. A lifelong resident of Mays Landing, she worked in food and beverage with local businesses including La Casa Mia, Caesars Restaurant, Uncle Mike's, Lee's Tavern, Showboat Casino, and most recently Hamilton Twp. Public Schools. She enjoyed riding her bike and rollerblading, cooking, and loved flying kites with Michael and Stephanie. She was also an artist who enjoyed painting, ceramics, and recently took part in painting the mural at Shaner School. She is survived by her son Michael Conway and his wife Dawn; daughter Nikki Conway-Stewart and her husband Joe; their father William Conway; four grandchildren: Zachary, Autumn, Joey, and Ryan; brother Michael Darmstadt and his wife Tina; sister Michelle "Robin" Roagers and her husband David; and 12 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Doreyn, mother Virginia, and sisters Donna and Jean. The family strongly requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Conway grandchildren, c/o "Michael Conway", 19 Equestrian Rd., Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234. All funds will be placed in a college fund to further their education. A memorial service will be held on Friday evening, 7 PM, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, where friends may gather from 5 PM until the time of the service.
