Joanne Trombetta

Joanne R. Trombetta, 67, of Mays Landing, New Jersey closed her eyes on June 4, 2015 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center Philadelphia, Pa. Born November 30 1947 in Philadelphia, she is predeceased by her parents Stanley M. and Mary R. (O’Drain) Nevgloski of Philadelphia, her brother Stanley “Stosh” Nevglosaki and her loyal sheapard “Baby”. Joanne, who was often referred to as “JoJo” was a homemaker for 24 years before returning to the workforce . JoJo bravely battled and survived lung cancer in 1995. No obstacle ever slowed Joanne down from giving support and advice to her many friends and family. She traveled to many places in this world that many of us only dream of seeing. Joanne is survived by her lovingly devoted husband of 48 years Robert “Bobby” and her siblings Alex (Dolly), Mary (Doug), Janice (Hasan), Barbara (Bert). Her children, Rose (Don), Robert II (Deirdre), Joanne (William), Susan (John), Gina, Sandy, Michael (Casey), and M Ali. Her precious grandchildren Ethan, Robert III, Tyler, Riley, Isla, Piper, Jace, William, Mia, and Kaylee. Also her many God children, nieces and nephews, and near and dear friends. JoJo was a little lady with a big and beautiful heart. She was a mom to so many, a grandmom to many more and a friend to anyone who needed her. A viewing will be held on Wednesday June 10 at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. Viewing is scheduled from 10am to12pm for dear family and friends with a mass and burial to immediately follow.
