Joseph Barry

Joseph W. Barry, 74, died on July 18, 2011 at his home in Mays Landing. Born September 21, 1936 in Mays Landing, he was the loving son of Mr. Joseph & Medina Barry and brother of Mrs. Joan (Edward) Gallagher. He retired from Atlantic County as a Book Mobile driver, which the library was his passion. His hobbies were arrowhead and coin collecting, movies, and most of all he loved being in the woods tracking animals. Mr. Barry is survived by his daughter Cathy Jo and loving niece Joanne Gallagher. A viewing will be held on Saturday from 10 AM – 12 Noon at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing where a service will be held at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing.
