Joseph A. Kotch, 69, of Mays Landing, passed away on December 19, 2013. He was born in Northampton, PA on July 4. He is survived by Linda, his wife of 21 years. He was predeceased by his parents Rose (Hamal) Kotch and Albert Kotch, and sister Sandy Ponstingl. Joe served in the Air Force from 1962-1966. Later he joined the Allentown Police Department and the 1st Canine Corp. Joe earned his pilot’s license; he enjoyed flying and was a Harley Davidson enthusiast. Joe loved nature, especially the Jersey Shore, walking the boards with his wife. He loved to draw, paint, sculp, and was an avid reader. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 28 between 1-3 PM at 517 Glenn Avenue in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Memorial donations can be made to any local animal shelter.
