Kathleen Needelman

Kathleen Needelman (nee: Caprioni), 59, of Mays Landing, passed away on May 3, 2014 at her home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 15, 1954 in Cape May Court House, the daughter of the late Jacob and Clara Caprioni, she grew up in Fairview and Williamstown. Kathleen worked for many years as a slot technician at Trump Marina before joining the Sales team at Toyota of Turnersville and later becoming an Administrative Assistant for Youth Advocates Program. She loved playing with her grandchildren and traveling with her husband. She was the beloved wife of Steven; devoted mother of Leanne (George) McLean, George (Stephanie) Young, Russell (Melissa) Young, and Craig (Jennifer) Needelman; loving MomMom of Julia, Daniel, Gracie, Ella, Cole, Georgie, RJ, and another one on the way in October; dear sister to Rosemarie (James) Whittaker, Joanne (Augie) Iacona, David (Diana) Caprioni, Carolyn (Dearon) McConnell, and Jacob (Rosalba) Caprioni; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Nancy Harrell. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 7, from 6-8 PM, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 11 AM, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 5021 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, where friends may gather one hour prior. Committal services will be held at All Saints Cemetery in Williamstown. Memorial contributions may be made to Lungevity Foundation, 218 S.
