Battista, Marjorie F. (nee: West), 71, of Mays Landing (formerly of Voorhees), passed away at her home on October 18, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Raised in Pennsauken, she was a longtime resident of Voorhees before moving to Mays landing three years ago. Marjorie worked for Boscov's of Voorhees for over ten years and formerly was employed at Merchants Insurance Co. of Mt. Laurel. During her leisure time she enjoyed shopping, ceramics, sewing, and most of all, spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed and always remembered by her husband of 36 years Ronald V.; three daughters: Marjorie Dougherty (James) of Margate, Corrine Tarcelli (Anthony) of Voorhees, and Michelle Spiritoso (Giovanni) of Hainesport; her brother Bernard West (Theresa) of New Castle, DE; five grandchildren: Jennifer, Michael, Brenda, Joshua, and Giovanni; five great-grandchildren: Frankie, Brielle, Janae, Alyssa, and Steven; and numerous other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, from 9:00a.m. til 11:00a.m., with services at 11:00a.m. Burial will be in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
