Patricia Graham (Horne), 64 - of Marmora went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 8, 2013 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Patricia was born in Cape May Court House. She was predeceased by her parents, Hobie and Lena Young and two brothers Billy and Kenny. She will be sadly missed by three sisters, Barbara, Leah and Brenda. Two brothers, Hobie (Alene) and James (Donna). Patricia had two children but raised three, Diane (Carl), Billy (Michele) and Steve (Lynn). Her four grandbabies who were her pride and joy, C.J., Diane, Billy and Cecilia. Numerous extended family members and friends who were fortunate enough and truly blessed to have known and loved her. She was a loving and compassionate woman who put everyone in her life first before herself. Angels are only supposed to be in heaven but Patty was one of God's angels on earth. She retired from Ocean City Board of Education where she was known for her famous mac and cheese. She loved to bake and made numerous cakes for her loved ones' birthdays and weddings. Her talents allowed her to see the beauty in all that surrounded her. She gave her family a lifetime of memories that they made together. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Sunday, September 15 at 4:00.
