Barry, Joseph, went peacefully home to the Lord on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. He was a proud Navy veteran of WWII. He is predeceased by his mother and father Rose and Joe Barry, brother John, his wife Giovanna, his son-in-law Tom Althouse, and nephews Michael and Jim Cheek. Joe is survived by his sisters Marge (Thomas) Cheek and Mary Blankinship; brother Bob; and his children: Joe (Jan) Barry, Phyllis Twink (Joe) Thomas, Patti Althouse, Jennifer Barry and stepson Jeffrey Spencer. He had seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 11 AM, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing.
