Steven Main

Steven David Main, 54, of Millville, passed away after an extended illness on October 16, 2012. Raised in Mays Landing, he was a 1976 graduate of Oakcrest High School. He worked with his father as a Baker with Jim Main’s Bakery for many years and recently worked for Wallace Supply Co., both of Vineland. Steve loved fishing, road trips, reading, and spending time with his family, grandchildren, and great friends. He will always be remembered for his smile and sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Denise, his son Christopher, his parents Jim and Hazel, his siblings, James, Susan Ayrer, Debra Morgenweck, and Sandra Hartline, his step-children, Charles Toldt, Kimberly Obrish, and Heather Obrish, his grandchildren Jeremy, Hector, and Natalia, and numerous other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Steve’s memory on Saturday, October 20th from 2-4pm, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where reflections will be shared at 4pm. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the family.
