Thelma Champion passed peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2016 with her family by her side. Thelma was born in Atlantic City, raised in Brigantine and resided in Egg Harbor Township since 1971. She retired from Lenox China after 25 years of service. She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years Daniel Champion, her sons Daniel, Joseph and Patrick Champion. She is survived by her sister Jane Champion, daughters Margaret Shaw, Ellen Ireland, Dorothy Basco, and Anna Hartman and one son Francis Champion along with many grandchildren, nieces and nephews left to cherish her memory. The family wishes the thank Robin Tripodi for the care given to our mother. Services will be held on Saturday, August 27th at 6pm, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing where friends may gather from 4pm till time of service.
