Obituary
Thomas Earl Petherbridge, 28, of Mays Landing, died tragically on the early evening of February 16, 2011. Born on August 18, 1982 in Petaluma, CA, he traveled the country extensively with his family through the Coast Guard before settling in Mays Landing three years ago. Thomas was an Aviation Maintenance Technician Third Class with the United States Coast Guard Air Station of Atlantic City, NJ for over three years. His personal awards include the Pistol Marksmanship, a National Defense Medal, and the Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal. He loved his Country and the Coast Guard and most importantly, he deeply loved his wife and son. His hobbies included working on, rebuilding, and fixing cars and going camping with his wife and son. He leaves to cherish his memory Christian his wife and their 11-month-old son, Thomas Blake Petherbridge; his parents Richard and Sherri Petherbridge; and sister, Brittany Rodriguez; mother-in-law and father-in-law Juanita and Mark Williamson; brothers-in-law Vince Rodriguez and Quinton Williamson; and grandpa Melvin Gilkison. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011 from 6-8 PM at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, NJ. A Memorial Service, with Full Military Honors, will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, 12 Noon, at the Coast Guard Air Station, Atlantic City International Airport, William J.
