Obituary
Gloria D'Agostino - 87, of Red Bank, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 25, 2018.
Gloria was born in the Bronx, New York on April 14, 1931.She graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School. After graduation she worked in New York City as a bank teller. In 1953 She married Thomas D'Agostino . They lived in the Bronx until 2004, when they moved to Red Bank. In May of this year, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.
Gloria spent most of her life raising a family, volunteering at her children's school, and later volunteering at the local hospital. She has won many certificates and awards for her volunteerism.
Gloria was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She loved cooking, entertaining for family and friends, and taking her frequent trips to Atlantic City.
Gloria is survived by her husband Thomas D'Agostino; her sister Marilyn Marshall ; her three children James, Thomas and his wife Donna, and Jeannine (D'Agostino) Vaccaro and her husband Frank; her five grandchildren Thomas and Shannon D'Agostino; Francesca, Andrew and Juliana Vaccaro and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was loved and adored by all.
Gloria will be reposing at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home 1735 Route35, Middletown, NJ 07748 on Thursday June 28, 2018 from 4 – 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday June 29, 2018 at 11:30am. Entombment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
