Obituary
Scott Orgonas, 55 of Middletown, NJ, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2020. He was a caring father to his two daughters Heather and Kaitlyn. He shared 25 years with his loving wife, Judie Orgonas. He was son to parents Andre and Judith, and brother to Lisa and Ray Lockwood and Wayne Orgonas. Scott was the cherished son in law of Salvatore and Mary Ann. He also had a large spread of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Scott was born on April 8, 1965 in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Sayreville High School. Scott married his wife on April 9, 1995 meeting in 1991. The two moved to Middletown, NJ shortly after, where they started their family in 2001. He worked as a talented electrician for the Port Authority for 25 years.
Scott Orgonas enjoyed all things boating and fishing. He spent most of his time working on cars, or in his backyard. He found joy in things like Tom Petty, his Maserati, Sunday football games, and his pal Gabriel.
“I cried when you passed away. I still cry today. Although I loved you dearly, I couldn’t make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke my heart to prove to me he only takes the best.”
Please join his family and friends in honoring Scott’s short, yet fulfilling life at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home in Middletown, NJ on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 4-8pm. There will be a mass of Christian Burial on Thursday Morning at 10am at St. Mary’s Mother of God Church 19 Cherry Tree Farm road Middletown, NJ 07748, with private cremation to follow.
