McCoy, Janet B., 86, of Ocean City, NJ, formerly of West Norriton, PA, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on July 29, 2017. She was born on July 17, 1931 to the late Frank and Florence (Bailiff) Diamond. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ralph N. McCoy, Jr.; and her son, Ralph N. McCoy, III. Janet is survived by her daughter, Marlene E. DeSimone; grandchildren, Chryste L. DeSimone and John "Bookie" DeSimone; her sister, Margaret Selph of Lewes, Delaware; sister in-law, Mary Kelley of West Norriton, PA; brother in-law, John McCoy, of Florida; many nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Joanna Offner. Janet graduated from Norristown High School in 1949. She was part owner of The Little Flower Shoppe in Norristown, PA. Later in life, she worked for Fischer Flowers and the Ocean City School District. Janet was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend, who will be sorely missed by all.
