Kaplan, Lester, 73, of Brigantine, passed away on Friday, Novemeber 2, 2012. Born in Winthrop, MA, and raised in Newton, MA. He was an attorney, and owned several restaurants in Boston, MA. He owned and operated Tropical Limousine, with his wife Atara, for six years. He enjoyed going to Harrah's and the Golden Nugget. Lester always enjoyed watching Jeopardy. He was a huge fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Most of all, he loved his family. He was predeceased by his father Julius Kaplan. Lester is survived by his wife of 11 years, Atara, his mother, Ruth Kaplan; two sons Eric Kaplan, and Richard Kaplan; two daughters, Rhonda Kaplan, and Shakiera Kaplan; and four grandchildren.
