Gelin, Marie Rosaire, 80 years old of Atlantic City, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1, 2017. She was born in Haiti, was a fashion designer, housewife, and educator of her children. She was active in her church and her community. Marie Rosaire taught her gift of sewing to many. She loved cooking, and enjoyed socializing with family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Jean Charles Gelin. She is survived by her daughters, Guilte, Monette, Vania, Charma, Bernadette, Roselie, and her son, Josue; her daughter-in-law, Linda; sons-in-law, Garry, Emmanuel Julien, Jose Malave, Emmanuel Verna, and Jonas Michel Cenatus; her grand and great grandchildren: Bethsie, Bianca, Bervens Dejean, Dimitri Deryce, Ashley Dorce, Emmanuela, Reggee, Josephina Verna, Dave, Rose, Julien, Jonathan, Jose, Luc Gelin, Bri-Ann, and Zach; her sister, Lovana; her brother, Sauveur; and nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is irreplaceable and will be missed. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 15th from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, 801 N. Main Street, Pleasantville, and again on Saturday, September 16th from 10:00am until 11:00am at the church. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am. Interment will be held in Mt.
