Kathleen Ann Biglasco Kaczynski passed into eternal life on January 11th in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Sunday from 2-6 pm in the Shook-Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday 10 am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, Roseland, NJ with interment to follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, NJ.

Born in Newark, Kathie lived in Bloomfield; Anchorage Alaska; Verona and Roseland.
A graduate of William Paterson State College, Kathie taught elementary school for 45 years in Irvington, NJ; Anchorage, Alaska; Fairfield, NJ and finally at Noecker School in Roseland. Besides changing the lives of many children by being an enthusiastic and compassionate educator, Kathie also taught CCD at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament in Roseland and was a member of the West Essex Regional High School Board of Education.
Kathie began her legacy in Roseland by being a member of the Junior Woman''s Club, where she met many wonderful women that became her life-long friends. Kathie was named Roseland''s Italian American Citizen of the Year in 2006 and Senior Citizen of the Year in 2016.
Kathie always told her love story of meeting her husband Tom in Anchorage, Alaska, where he was serving in the Air Force and she was teaching at North Star Elementary School.
They had two daughters, Kara, an attorney and Courtney, an elementary teacher and librarian.
Kathie was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Grace Biglasco and her brother Nicholas Biglasco.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 50 years, Tom; loving daughters Kara and Courtney; cherished granddaughter Emily; brother Kenneth Biglasco and wife Dolores; sister-in-law Joan; niece Nicole; nephew Nicholas and wife Kelly, and great nephew and niece Grady and Kerris Biglasco.
Kathie was the picture of love, warmth and generosity. She would do anything for family, friends or someone in need. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
