Vincent “Sonny” Perrella, 91, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Saturday from 9:30 am through 11:30 am in the Shook-Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Ave., Roseland 07068. A Funeral Service will be offered at 11:30 am with interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair. Condolences and memories may be shared at shookfarmer.com. Vincent was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and settled in Fairfield in 1966. During World War II, he honorably served in Marine Corps. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Pathmark and later was a truck drive for Paul's Trucking Company in Elizabeth. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Joan Perrella. He is survived by his beloved children, Keith Perrella, Valerie Reis, Vinnie Perrella and his wife Dina, and Kim Gibbs and her husband Gil; grandchildren, Daniel, Vince, Corey, Kristin, Chelsey, Matthew, Melissa and Jennifer.
