Benjamin Blew of Somerset died Friday, April 16th, 2021. He was 58. Born in Somerville, Mr. Blew resided in Somerset for most of his life. Prior to his retirement in 2019, Ben worked his way be to become the Head Custodian with Franklin Twp. Board of Education for 37 yrs. He enjoyed boating, fishing, the beach and most of all grilling. He is predeceased by his mother Margaret Blew; and his wife Eva Blew. Surviving are his children Kevin Blew and Monica Folkes; his father Benjamin and step-mother Karen Blew; 1 brother August Blew; 2 step-brothers Carl & Richard Lizzano; 3 grandchildren; and his pup Roscoe. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. at the Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton Street, Somerset, New Jersey with a service at 2:30 pm.
