Bradford Watson

Bradford Watson passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his home in New Brunswick at the age of 42 years old. Brad was born at Saint Peters in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He grew up in North Brunswick, NJ where he made many life long friends. He graduated from North Brunswick High School, where he excelled at swimming and football. He attended Rutgers University and Ohio State University. Brad was a big sports fan and supported the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Houston Rockets, the Chicago Cubs and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved amusement parks and going on roller coasters, hanging out at the beach, swimming in the ocean, walking outside in nature and eating good food. He adored all animals and children, when around them he tried to bring joy to both. Brad was very personable and outgoing. He had an infectious smile and a bolstering laugh. He could talk about anything. As an intelligent well spoken man, he would delight those around him with the best of conversation. He was kind and compassionate, reliable and known for being there when you needed him. He touched the lives of all those around him. His heart was as big as the ocean and his will to do for others was unmeasurable. Brad began his professional career in sales and was currently employed at as a Sales Consultant with SunPower Solar where he utilized his well known personable and communicative skills to excel. Brad is survived by his loving mother Sonia Watson, younger brother Julian Watson, aunts, uncles, cousins, and will always be remembered by Marilyn Weshnak, Nicole M Smith and their family who loved him as their own. Visiting will be held on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 from 3-7 pm at The Gleason Funeral Home in Somerset, NJ. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday at 10:30am. Please arrive by 10:15am and adhere to CDC guidelines. Please understand that there will be a capacity limit of 75 people at a time allowed in the funeral home. The burial will follow the service at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Somerset.
