Eileen Brennan

Eileen Mary Brennan (O’Keefe), 70, of Wall formerly of the New Dorp section of Staten Island, NY passed at home on Friday, April 19, 2013 after her long courageous battle surrounded by her family. Mrs. Brennan was a communicant of St. Catharine’s RC Church in Spring Lake. Born in the Bronx, NY she lived in Staten Island, NY before moving to Wall 17 years ago. She was predeceased by her parents Jeremiah and Evelyn O’Keefe and by her brothers Jerry and William O’Keefe. Mrs. Brennan was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving is her loving husband of 43 years Patrick F. Brennan; son James Patrick and his wife Victoria of Staten Island; daughter Kerry Ann and her husband Stan of Wall; adored grandchildren Sean, Stephen and Caitie; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visiting will be on Monday from 1-4 and 7-10pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35, Wall. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday 10:30am at St. Catharine’s RC Church in Spring Lake. Burial will follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery in Wall. Flowers and or donations may be given in her name to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center PO Box 27106 NY, NY 10087-7106.
