Nancy G. Lay Nancy G. Lay, born October 1, 1930 in Catonsville, MD, passed away at her home in Scotch Plains, NJ on August 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her loving children Robin Palazzo and Jack Lay, MD, three granddaughters, 3 great-granddaughters, and her beloved Yorkshire Terrier. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Dooley Colonial Home in Westfield, NJ.
