Lonny Lujan
Lonny Maclovio Lujan, age 42, of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Saturday December 15, 2018. Lonny Lujan was employed with Bradbury Stamm Construction for 21 years working his way up from Laborer to Superintendent. He managed many successful projects throughout the state with a reputation for achieving exceptional outcomes under demanding circumstances through his drive and impeccable work ethic. Lonny was a member of Risen Savior Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing softball with his friends and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. He traveled with his family to different Major League baseball parks and other locations often returning to favorite destinations like Durango, CO for holiday traditions. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, and steadfast friend. He was someone who was reliably there for his family and friends in both good times and bad to offer support or a witty remark. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Manon; and their three children, Patrick, Aubrey, and Alonna. He is also survived by his parents, Clemente and Isabel Lujan of Torreon, NM; three brothers, Louie and wife, Liz, Leonard and wife, Doris, Lorenzo; and one sister, Lenora; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Johnny F. Lujan Sr. and Preselia Luna; maternal grandparents, Teodocio and Raquel Herrera; and two sisters, Isabel Lujan and Leola Waters. The rosary will be prayed for Lonny at Risen Savior Catholic Church in Albuquerque, NM on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. On Friday, December 21, 2018 the rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Torreon, NM immediately following will be a funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 a.m. Honorary Pallbearers are Clemente Lujan, Patrick Lujan, Louie Lujan, Leonard Lujan, Lorenzo Lujan, Lenora Lujan, Mike Crabb, Sammy Crespin, and Josh Stice.
