Anna Pansini

Anna Pansini, 87, of Midline Road, Amsterdam, NY, passed away peacefully Friday evening, October 6, 2017 at River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam. Born in Fort Lee, NJ; on July 21, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Maria D’Angelo. Anna received her education in the Emerson, New Jersey school system, graduating from Emerson High School. Anna retired as a Supervisor from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Rockville Centre, New York. Anna attended St. Stephens Church in Hagaman, NY, where she was also a member of the Hagaman Seniors. Anna is survived by her daughters ,Elizabeth Weld (Tony Fuller) of Tucson, AZ; and Valerie Harrington (Marty deceased) of Hagaman, NY; one son, Michael Pansini (Abigayl) of Moorsville, NC; six grandchildren, Brittany Carpenter(Derek), Kyle Harrington (Kristin), Ryan Harrington ,Matthew Harrington (Sarah Brown) Anthony Pansini and Marcella Pansini, five great grandsons, Owen and Emmett Carpenter, Chase, Colby and Griffin Harrington. Nieces, nephews, cousins and her special friend, Shirley Willet also survive. Anna was also predeceased by her brother, Anthony D’Angelo, and two sisters, Lena Hilb and Grace Natoli. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Church, 51 N. Pawling Street, Hagaman, NY 12086. Interment will follow at St. Stephen’s Cemetery. Calling hours for relatives and friends will be held Tuesday from 11:00 to 12:00 noon at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Memorial gifts in Anna’s name may be made to St. Stephen’s Church.
