William "Bill" Emmick, 54, of Bliss entered into rest on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Bill was born March 22, 1963 in Olean, NY. He was a 1981 Pioneer High School graduate and was employed by D&H Transport in Arcade, NY as a truck driver. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved being outdoors. Bill is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lisa (Kephart) Emmick; his children: Brandon (Jamie) Emmick of Sardinia, Zachary (Dannyel) Emmick of Bliss, Hannah Emmick of Bliss; his son-in-law: Brandon Gebauer of Castile; his eight grandchildren: Ayden and Ryett Emmick, Zachary Emmick, II, Layla and Craig J. Ikeler, Devin, Destiny and Delyzah Gebauer. He is also survived by his mother, Margery Emmick of Bliss; his sisters: Kimberly (William) Belcher of Lancaster and Julie (Scott) Shick of Arcade; his nieces and nephews: Kyra and Kyle Belcher, Kacie and Tyler Shick. He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Emmick who passed away June 2013 and his daughter, Rachel Gebauer who passed away March 2017. Friends may call Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 1-3 PM at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade where a Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM.
