HARTFORD Adam P. Devino, 28, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014 in Granville as the result of a tragic automobile accident. Born May 29, 1986, in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of Charles Devino, and Sheryl (Goodspeed) Norton. Adam graduated from Hartford Central School and had been formerly employed by Maine Drilling and Blasting. He was also a mason with Genier masonry. Adam enjoyed NASCAR, particularly Tony Stewart, the New York Giants,off-roading and working on his car. He could often be found hanging out with his friends and enjoying a Heineken or Jack Daniels, while listening to Brantley Gilbert’s “Bottoms Up” or Five Finger Death Punch. Most of all, Adam loved spending time with his daughter Ciara. Adam was predeceased by his grandmother, Gail Colburn, and his uncle Jason Goodspeed. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Sheryl Norton and her husband Forrest “Rusty”, and Charles Devino and his wife Cathy, his daughter, Ciara Skidmore, his sister, Brittany Lincoln,his half-brother Kody Devino, his grandparents; John and June Goodspeed, Carol Norton, and Marvin Devino, and his uncles; John Goodspeed and his wife Gail, Kevin Goodspeed and his wife Beth who were also Adam’s Godparents, Darwin Goodspeed and his partner Gary Wolfe, Thomas Goodspeed and his wife Bonnie, Stacy Goodspeed, Fred Devino, Jimmy Devino, Marvin Devino and his wife Joyce, Sam Devino, and Lee Devino, his aunt and uncle Keith and Janet Kilmer, his best friend Henry Clark, as well as many cousins and his dog Chance. Friends may call from 1-4pm on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Argyle, NY 12809. A memorial celebration of Adam’s life will be conducted at 4pm at the funeral home by Adam’s family. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
