Cambridge Susan E. (Durrum) McNeil, 54, formerly of Argyle, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 10, 2014 at her home in Cambridge from complications of pneumonia. Born in Glens Falls on Jan. 11, 1959, she was the daughter of Daniel and Nancy (Baird) Durrum of Argyle. Susan graduated from Argyle Central School and Bryant & Stratton College. She formerly worked as a paralegal for Attorney John Imhof of Cambridge, and currently for attorney John Patterson of Cambridge. She was an avid NY Yankees fan and reader and loved her cat Pawlie, who recently passed away. She enjoyed attending the Washington County Fair and participating in game night with her good friends. She had an extensive collection of Nutcrackers that she displayed every Christmas in the law firm front window. Survivors besides her parents include her daughter, Amanda Squires and her significant other, Bill Doughty of Mechanicville; her granddaughter, Callie; her sister, Barbara Claire and her husband John of Waterford, Connecticut; her brother, Daniel “Duffy” Durrum and his wife, Betty Rojcewicz , New Vineyard, Maine; her sister, Jody Durrum of Argyle; her aunts Jean Pitts and Edna Baird and uncles James Paul Baird and Robert Kevin Baird and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
