Timothy Torrey

Timothy E. Torrey Avon-Rochester - Died suddenly on August 14, 2019 at age 55. He is survived by his children, Melaney Ann Torrey of Rochester, Micauly James Torrey of Stafford, VA; mother, Lorraine (Tom) Southern; brother, Donald (Pam) Colerick of Bolivar, NY; sisters, Deb (Charlie) Parent of Geneseo, Shelley (Nelson) Jewell of Livonia, Sherri Buys (John Stein) of Livonia; his companion, Linda Salatino of Rochester with whom he resided. His ex-wife, Haley Torrey of Stafford, VA. Many nieces, nephews and countless friends. He was predeceased by his father, Larry Torrey. Tim was a graduate of Avon Central School, Class of 1982 and Ithaca College, Class of 1986. He enjoyed an impressive football career at Ithaca and was inducted into their football Hall-Of-Fame in 2003. Tim was a Director of Sales at Inventhelp and recently opened a Your CBD Store with his daughter and companion in East Rochester. Tim was a fun-loving guy who lived life to the fullest everyday and will be greatly missed by all. Family and friends are invited to call Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 4-7 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon where his Funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 2 PM. Interment, St. Agnes Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Tuberous Sclerosis Association, 801 Roeder Rd.
