Connie Nobert, loving wife, mother, nana, sister, daughter, friend; age 70, of Garrison Lane, died peacefully, on November 10, 2015 at Gateway House of Peace in Ballston Spa. She was born on September 8, 1945 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Melvin and Emma Miller, was a proud cheerleader and graduate of Cortland High School, class of 1963 and attended Kingston School of Nursing upon graduation. She married her beloved husband, Philip Nobert Sr. on February 4, 1967 in Cortland, NY and called Clifton Park home since 1976. Together with her husband, she raised her family, ran both a regional office for the Balfour Co. and a lively home, traveled, read voraciously, sewed, played piano and shared her legendary sense-of-humor with friends & family.
