Cynthia “Cindy Lou Who” S. O’Connell, age 69, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday October 6, 2018. She was born on July 23,1949 in Albany, NY and was the daughter of the late Harry and Lydia (Veralghue) Stanton.
Cynthia worked for the NYS Department of Temporary & Disability Assistance, formerly known as Social Services – OTDA, for over thirty years. She was a member of the Halfmoon American Legion Post #1450. Cindy had a passion for living life and experiencing the joys around her.
