Obituary for Teresa K. Salmon

Teresa K. Salmon died peacefully on Sunday, October 8, at home surrounded by family. Born on September 3, 1936 in Southampton, NY, the daughter of Edward and Eufemia Kazmercik. Terry graduated from Southampton High School in 1954 and was a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego in 1958 with a Bachelor's degree in teaching. She taught 7th grade math at Mohonasen and Schalmont Middle Schools for over 20 years.
Terry was sharp as a tack, an avid reader, a competitive bridge player, a reluctant camper and a grandmaster of Scrabble and the New York Times Crossword puzzles. She was a great cook who bestowed that talent on all three of her children. Terry was a school teacher whose days didn't end until her children's homework was done and band practice was complete. A doting grandmother that always put family first.
Terry is survived by her adoring husband of 58 years, Austin; her sister, Joann K. Bambury of Scotia; three loving children, Sharon L. Salmon-Lewandowski (Paul) of Charlton, Mark E. Salmon (Kristen) of Folsom, CA, Kenneth S. Salmon (Therese) of Whitefish Bay WI; grandchildren Alexandra K. Grout, Alayna J. Pack, P. Austin Lewandowski , P. Reed Lewandowski, Holley T.
