Arthur George Perlett Jr., age 71, of Patterson, NY, died December 21, 2015 at Putnam Hospital Center, Carmel, NY.
Artie was born on July 27, 1944 in Manhattan, NY son to the late Arthur G. and Dorothy (Gerweck) Perlett. He graduated from Hamilton High School in 1962. He honorably served in the US Navy from 1962-1968. On November 4, 1967 he married the love of his life Patricia Garry in Bronx, NY.
Arthur was a lineman for NY Telephone for 35 years before retiring in 1992.
Through the years, Artie enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing or just watching the wildlife. His greatest passion in life was his family, especially his two grandchildren. He tried his best to make it to all of their sporting events and supported them with all of their goals.
Besides his wife Pat, he is survived by his three children; Donna (Maria) Perlett of Hopewell Junction, NY, Robert (Lori) Perlett of Poughquag, NY and Michael (Loryn) Perlett of Miami, FL; his sister; Dorothy Bensen. Also his two grandchildren; Jenna and Zach Perlett. He was predeceased by his brother Peter Perlett.
