Bruna was born in Romallo, Italy. She moved to the United States at the age of 14 in 1936. She returned to Italy in 1946 to marry her husband, Rodolfo. She returned to the United States in 1947 so that her first daughter, Josie could be born here. Her second daughter, Annette was born in 1952. Bruna worked as a dressmaker for almost 50 years and then retired. Bruna is survived by 3 grandchildren( Amy, Brooke, and Jimmy ). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren ( Connor, Ryan, Brandon, James, Nina, & Lindsey. She was affectionately as "Nona".
