Clifford J. Kappes

Clifford J. Kappes, of East Fishkill, NY, died suddenly on Friday September 21, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 47 years old.
Born on October 8, 1970 in Bronx, NY, son of Clifford G. and Gina (Barresi) of Tarpon Springs, FL; he was a Brewster High School graduate and received his Associates degree from Westchester Community College.
On September 19, 1998 he married the love of his life Lisa Kunkel at Quaker Hill Church in Pawling, NY.
For 24 years, Cliff was an aircraft / facilities technician at Pepsico Aviation. He enjoyed playing sports - participating in football and baseball as a child. He loved cars and airplanes and was recently able to purchase his dream car which he loved to work on and show. Clifford had the biggest heart for all creatures, especially his pets, and he was a fantastic uncle to his four nephews and niece.
Clifford is not only survived by his parents and his loving wife of 20 years but also his sister; Sheri M. King of Wingdale, NY, his niece; Fiona and nephews; Frank, Robert, Jack and Rudy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday September 28, 2018 at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, Patterson, NY. A private cremation will follow. Friends and family may call at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY on Thursday September 27th from 4pm-8pm.
