Masullo, Donald F., age 79, of New Fairfield, CT, formerly of Valhalla, NY, died peacefully at home on October 2, 2013.<br><br>Mr. Masullo was born July 17, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY to Salvatore and Ida (DeCandia) Masullo. Following high school, he proudly served in the Navy from 1952 until 1955 during the Korean Conflict. <br><br>On November 11, 1956 he married the love of his life, Theresa M. Boss in the Bronx, NY.<br><br>Mr. Masullo was a manager with American Compressed Gas Co. in Yonkers, NY, for 34 years, retiring in 1996.<br><br>Through the years, Donald enjoyed travel and many a dinner out with family and friends. He was an avid fisherman and sports fan. Above all, it was all about his family. They were the center of his life.<br><br>Besides his wife of 56 years, Donald is survived by his two daughters; Lisa Tomei and her husband Joseph of North Salem, NY and Lori Lanza and her husband Charles of Bedford Hills, NY; a brother, Peter A. Masullo of Brooklyn, NY and<br>his five grandchildren, Jamie, Cristie, Louis, Joey and Tia.<br><br>A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 1:00pm at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY. Interment will follow at Milltown Rural Cemetery, Brewster.
