Dora Jimenez

Dora Jimenez was born in Tlaxcuapan, Mexico to Margarita and Catarino Galindo. In 1989 she moved to the United States and settled in Yonkers with her husband Jacinto. They later moved to Brewster, NY where she has resided for the last twenty years.<br>Dora completed high school in Mexico and after moving to the United States, she completed some nursing courses. While living in Brewster she became co-owner of the La Guadalupana Bakery/ Deli which is still on Main St. In Brewster.<br>Dora is survived by her husband, Jacinto, and four children, Dehisy Jimenez -Vasquez, Lorena, Alejandro, and Leonardo Jimenez, all of Brewster. She is also survived by a grandchild, Penelope Vasquez.
