Jaqueline A. Cocozza of Patterson, New York, died Thursday December 24, 2015 with her family at her side at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel , NY, at the age of 70.

She was born February 18, 1945 in Manhattan, NY, daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Kelly) Tierney. She was a graduate of St. Gabriel’s School in New Rochelle, NY. Mrs. Cocozza moved to Brewster, NY, in 1978 and worked at Putnam County Savings Bank in Brewster for 30 yrs. retiring in 2010 as an Assistant Vice President and was a member of St. Lawrence O’Toole Church in Brewster.

Mrs. Cocozza was predeceased by her husband Philip M. Cocozza on October 11, 2000. She is survived by her sons Michael Heintz of Stormville, NY, Daniel Heintz of Brewster, NY, Peter Heintz of Seymour, CT, her daughters Jacqueline Heintz of Southbury, CT, Carolyn Butler of Patterson, NY and her step daughter Kimberly Testa of Glenham, NY and her grandchildren Matthew, Kayla, Kevin, Danielle, Camryn, P.J., Christina and Jessica.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Lawrence O’Toole Church in Brewster, NY on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 10am. Internment will follow at St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery in Brewster. Friends may call at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave. Brewster on Tuesday December 29th from 5 to 9pm.
