Jean Sargent Morgan of North Salem, NY, died Saturday November 19, 2011 in Danbury, CT, at the age of 74.
Mrs. Morgan was born July 24, 1937 in New Rochelle, NY, daughter of the late Leonard and Doris (Fuller) Sargent. She graduated from Mt. Kisco High School in 1954 then married David M. Morgan in Mt. Kisco on June 21, 1958. Mr. Morgan predeceased his wife in January of 2002. Mrs. Morgan moved to North Salem in 1963 and from the beginning was always deeply involved, and held multiple leadership positions in St. James Episcopal Church and in the Town of North Salem
Mrs. Morgan is survived by her son Doug Morgan of Westwood, MA, a daughter Kate Biscoe of Los Angles, CA, a sister Judy Snyder of Bath, MI, and four grandchildren; Rebecca and Jenna Morgan and Sonny and Timmy Biscoe.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday November 26, 2011, 11 AM at St. James Episcopal Church in North Salem. Internment will be private. The Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY will be assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.
